2.) How long does it take to get my Ad Listed?
The Hot Spots Website is constantly updated so new Ad Listings are
completed and online within 24-48 hours on average.
3.) What are some tips to remember when creating my Ad Listing?
The number of replies you get from consumers will depend greatly on
the quality of your Ad Listing. Here are some helpful tips:
Upload a graphic or company logo:
Ad Listings with images get up
to ten times more response as Listings that don't have any. You may use a
maximum of 3 images in your Ad and remember
you have a Full Page to fill! You can either upload a photo from a digital
camera or a scanner. If you don't have access to a scanner, we can do if
for you (at no extra charge).
Think before you write:
Feel free to write as much as you want in your Ad Listing. You have a full
page to describe your business.
Tell the consumer about your company, for instance:
How long you have been in
business, what makes you better than other companies. The better your Ad
Listing describes your business, the more likely it is that others will
read and respond to it. If you can't think of anything right away, you can
always add more later.
4.) How do I update my Ad Listing?
To update your Ad Listing, contact Hernando Hot Spots by
clicking here and submitting the changes that you would like to be
made. The changes will be made as soon as possible.
5.) I bought a subscription for three months, but I've only used one
month. Can I get a refund on the other two?
No. Hernando Hot Spots, Inc. does not pro-rate
subscriptions or offer refunds for unused months. If you cancel your Ad
subscription after the first month, it will remain active until the end of
the time period you purchased. During that time, online visitors will continue to be
able to view your Ad on the site. If your Listing is
terminated for any reason, you will not receive a refund for the unused
months.
6.) What if my account was cancelled?
If your account is terminated for any reason, we will not refund your
subscription fees.
7.) How do I temporarily turn my listing off?
To "turn off" your Advertisement so that online visitors cannot see
it, contact Hernando Hot Spots by
clicking here.
8.) How do I permanently remove my listing and delete my account?
To permanently delete your Ad Listing, contact Hernando Hot Spots by
clicking here.
